Private and Group Lessons are available
by appointment with any of our experienced yoga instructors. Private
lessons are beneficial for people new to yoga, those with
chronic illness, MS, seniors (chair yoga), or those looking to
fine tune their practice.
Private yoga lessons for those with
Developmental Disabilities is also offered.
