cancellations
Classes
and workshops must have a minimum of six registered students by the
registration deadline to be offered. For trainings, that number
varies depending on the training.
discounts
Student
discount is for high school and college students with a valid I.D.
Senior discount is for those over 50 and years.
holidays
We close around the end-of-year holidays. During other holiday
weekends, the teacher and students decide if the class occurs. If
class is on the schedule, 4 students must be signed in for the class
to be held. Check the website first attending a holiday class.

Offer
yourself in service to support the center through our work exchange
program by doing administrative work, cleaning or marketing in
exchange for classes,

late
policy
Please
arrive at 10-15 minutes before class. Reserved spots that do not
show may be given to standby students 5 minutes prior to class start
time. Doors close and are locked at start time.
logistics
Wear
comfortable clothing. Do not wear perfumes/scents. Remove shoes and
turn off cell phones. Check in, pay, and tell teacher about injuries
or medical conditions before starting. We provide props (mats $1,
belts, blankets, blocks), although we recommend you bring your own
mat. Bottled water is available for $1.
make-ups
Registered students who miss class can make up in another class.
payment
We
accept cash, checks, credit cards and ACH withdrawal at the center.
The returned check fee is $25. You may also make credit card
payments for classes and events online.
refunds
Drop-in
classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expiration will
not be extended.
series policy
There are no make-up
classes or class transfers for the series packages. In order to hold
these classes there needs to be a minimum amount of students to
reserve a teacher. The teacher must get paid for this minimum number
(as we are requiring a minimum) regardless if there are enough
students that day. This policy ensures teacher retention and
preservation of our teachers and programs.
substitutes
When a
substitute teacher is needed another wonderful teacher will
teach. Please come open to experiencing another person’s teaching.

expirations
Yoga class passes, packages
and all gift certificates expire 6 months after day of purchase. |
