MOIST HEAT THERAPY: Heat the NeckEase in a microwave for just a few minutes. Then enjoy the penetrating moist heat for 35 to 45 minutes. Reheat it as often as you like. There are no electric cords to limit your movement. Use it to relax sore muscles - or just to warm up on a cold night! When using it hot, place the soft fleece side toward your skin.

MALA'S
A mala (a Sanskrit word meaning garland) is a set of beads, traditionally used to focus awareness during meditation. A typical mala is made of 108 beads including a single guru bead to total 109. In some types of meditation, mala beads are used to count the number of repetitions a mantra (phrase or word) is recited. A round begins with the bead next to the guru bead and is completed when one reaches the guru bead. The next round begins by reversing the direction until you meet the guru bead again.

Wearing a mala helps carry meditative awareness into activity. Our malas were designed by Yoga Ananda's own, Catherine Eddins. Rose quartz, Carnelian, Amethyst and other semi precious stones were chosen for their specific energy balancing properties.
