POLICIES
cancellation policy:
Please be considerate of the Therapist and the Center by cancelling
your appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made
the morning of and no shows will result in a charge of half the apt
rate.
late
policy
Please
arrive at 10-15 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late will
result in a shorter therapy time as we are on a schedule and need to
be respectful of the next client
holidays
We close around the end-of-year holidays. Please call or
check the website for availability over the holidays.
etiquette
We are a professional establishment offering wellness therapies
for overall health and well-being. We will not tolerate unacceptable
behavior during a massage session and have the right to deny
services to anyone who expresses inappropriate behaviors.
payment
We
accept cash, checks, credit cards and ACH withdrawal at the center.
The returned check fee is $25. You may also make credit card
payments for services online.
refunds
Services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expiration will
not be extended.
expirations
All services and gift certificates expire 6 months after day of purchase.
exclusions
We do not offer massage for
those under 18 years without signed consent and parent on premises.
We do not massage those who have been drinking or appear to be
intoxicated. |
